Which documents should we request before starting a new client engagement?

The firm’s guide lists three items: the signed proposal, the main contact’s details and the scoping documents. Use this list to prepare your message to the client.

Fictional consulting firm example. Your agent’s answers depend on your own documents; sources let you check them.

Your expertise should help your team, not sit in a folder.

Start with your documents, your tools and your everyday questions.

Find answers without interrupting everyone

Ask about procedures and files in one workspace. Find the information and consult the document supporting it.

Draft the replies that keep coming up

Use your knowledge to prepare a first response. Your team stays in control of what is sent to the client.

Share a way of working

Give colleagues a shared agent and knowledge, with permissions suited to their role.

AI taken care of

You do not need to choose a model or supply an AI key. Start with a simple mission and your documents. Connecting some tools may require access or help from their administrator.

Keep control of your budget

Credits cover the processing performed: a short question, a document import and a workflow use different amounts. Plans provide a monthly allowance and top-ups for occasional needs.

FAQ

Before giving your agent its first mission.

Start with your documents, your tools and your everyday questions.

1

Do we need a technical team to get started?

You do not need to choose a model or supply an AI key. Start with a simple mission and your documents. Connecting some tools may require access or help from their administrator.

2

How will the trial work?

When trials open: 14 days and 100 credits after account verification, without a payment card. Pick a mission and a few documents to test answers before sharing the agent.

3

How many tasks can I complete with my credits?

There is no fixed conversion between a credit and a message. Document length, the expected answer and tools used affect consumption. Start with a representative mission to assess your usage.

4

What if my team runs out of credits?

New AI operations stop; documents and history remain readable. Buy a top-up with an active subscription or wait for the next allocation. Top-ups are valid for 12 months.

5

Can we check answers before using them?

Document-based answers let you consult their sources. Your team should check information before sharing it, especially for sensitive files or business decisions.

6

Does the agent replace our support team?

It helps find information and prepare recurring replies. Your team remains responsible for exceptions, decisions and customer relationships. Define this scope during your first tests.

7

Can I connect my company’s tools?

Available connectors and channels depend on supported integrations and permissions granted. Subscriptions required by external services are separate from IgnitionRAG.

8

As an agency, which plan should I choose for my clients?

Solo and Team describe the seats and credits in one workspace. Contact us to scope multiple client projects, their access and operation before choosing a setup.
